The B&B is situated in a small French village, but unfortunately, there is nothing in walking distance. You will need a car to access the next little town center for any shops or restaurants. the location is perfect for trips to La Rochelle and Île de Ré. the room we stayed in was beautifully decorated in antique French style and was spacious and cosy, with a lovely bathroom corner and a separate toilet. the breakfast was a delight, freshly made crepes and creme brule and the owner was very welcoming.
The B&B is quite remote, and it may not be suitable for a quick weekend getaway.
